Music artists, bands, albums, and more! Some characters are based on songs or albums. Some characters are simply named after songs or bands just for the namesake But we will definitely point out all of the neat musical inspirations! Hirohiko Araki (the artists and author of JoJo) LOVES MUSIC. Particularly western music. Whether it be American or English. This is gonna be a fun time. Hey guys! I would also like to add in a fun fact! Yes, the Franchise itself is an old one! Way back from the 80s, and And still going. But also, Specifically this first season only, began as an older OVA. The first time it counted as being ‘Animated’. I think it came out in 2007? This Phantom Blood OVA is famous among the JJBA community, because it’s legitimately considered as a lost film. There is almost no way you can watch the whole film, because you literally cannot find it anywhere. It has never been seen in public, nor it has even been made into home viewing. The only evidence of it even existing, is the various screenshots that have been captured and archived. Also short snippets of actual scenes from the film. Character sheets, Would-be promotional movie posters. Also, it’s real theme song called ‘Voodoo Kingdom’, which can actually still be found!

Just watched the reaction. You guys are the FUNNIEST duo ive seen and I had such a great time. Here's another thing you should know about JoJo. The tonal shift is insane. Even more so for the part after part 1. When you guys questioned "Should I be laughing or should I be taking this seriously?" The answer is "yes" JoJo is weird, funny, and it can be emotionally moving for many people! You can choose to take JoJo seriously, or you can choose to laugh at a lot of it. Dont worry about offending JoJo fans if you start bursting out laughing at serious moments. Its supposed to make you feel more than one thing at once! you're totally right in that dio is a huge voice actor and super recognisable. it's one of the reasons that scene in ep1 where he says "you thought i was jojo, but it was I, dio!" became a meme. people substitute it for whatever character the guy voices, so it becomes "you thought I was roswaal/zeke/etc, but it was I, dio". he has a very distinct voice and it's very easy to notice him in other characters. theres also a lot of inside jokes in script writing whenever hes voicing a character, you see the script for other shows including references to jojos when hes involved. hes very talented

Hey mates. Just discovered your channel and im loving the reactions. I'll drop a list for episodes that are probably best enjoyed together without spoilers. For season 1. Which covers both Part 1: Phantom Blood and Part 2: Battle Tendency. Its very much the least but episode 10 and 11 as well as 25 and 26 are best to watch together. In Part 3: Stardust Crusaders the two parters become more much more common. 1+2. 10+11. 14+15. 16+17. 19+20. 21+22. 23+24. 25+26. 28+29. 30+31. 32+33. 34+35. 36+37. 38+39. 40+41. 42+43+44. 45+46+47+48. But as you see sometimes there are single episodes in there as well so doing just 2 at a time would throw off the balance. I'll do parts 4 and 5 too but later. And this way you dont have to look up episode titles which may involve spoilers. Keep up the good work lads.
