Run SMG with laser sight and suppressor and you can do well without ADS, but you should practice ADS in training mode and TDM because it's more accurate.

Ads is always going to be more practical. It is simply much more accurate than aim if you're seriously trying to play properly. Otherwise if you're only playing for fun, then an smg with laser sight is always going to be the best pick when trying to play using aim only

AUG has faster fire rate. M4 is the most stable a.k.a easiest to control. It's just pick your poison honestly. Although in a fair fight where each player hits all bullet, AUG would win because it fires faster.
