I have played the game for the last 8 hours. As much as I love shippuden the game just sucks... it’s clustered, clunky and spammy. Online is just a jutsu spam fest so unless you can get into a 1v1 all tactics and technical mechanics go out the window, just spam. When oh when will we get a full fledged, physics based, open world Naruto game. Where you can move freely from village to village, find random encounters, have truely technical battles, grow your rank and reputation within the game world as you wonder across all the lands. One day... hopefully.

I think most of the problems mentioned in the comment section is due to the fact most people dont have a full squad of friends to play with nor are they used to team based games. Someone brought up that 2 healers on the enemy team is broken not at all you just need priority targeting. Jutsu "spam" is mostly due to the fact that almost no one plays defense to protect the team and only wants to play fighter or ranged YOU CAN NOT JUST PICK ANY CLASS AND EXPECT TO WIN

This game is amazing but its one of those games that need to be constantly updated to reach its full potential. Kinda like Fortnite. If they have those kind of updates, like new characters every other week or packs of clothing and items bought with in game currency That would be fucking delicious. That will make strikers the best fucking naruto game up to date, i mean they have the whole naruto series content to work with so there is no limit to what they could put together. They could pick up the storm community and slap it back into shape as a respectable , new and strong fan base. Hell, they could even introduce new limited time game modes/ events and that would keep the game fresh and running.

Only time can tell about the player population. If they can keep up with regular balancing/content updates then it should last for awhile. And yes, you can solo the PvE content, missions. Or I should say most of them. Some of the missions can feel like a face roll, while others I find kinda tough to solo. Like Globku said in the video, unless Xenoverse, there's no real story mode.

yoshoverse its naruto tho. So its got a big reputation and you can create your own ninja, have a whole lot of different jutsu and mix them. Its definently got a good attraction. I personally enjoy the game ive got a few friends who have gotten it, but ill say the single player is good how it is but dont buy the game just for it strictly single player because its not a single player game theres no story its just missions.

My opinion on the game. Pros: 1)Rewarding to unlock jutsus you really want for your loadout like Globku said its addicting to complete something you havent finished. "Perfectionist" 2) Ninja like gameplay(fast movement, building to building, tree to tree etc) 3) Ninja World League (always good to have a competitive system for competitive players while casual players can have quick play and missions) 4) CAC and Customization Cons: 1) Customizatiion is a little bland.. Especially outfits. Instead of giving us multiple outfits there giving us a decent amount of outfits with different color variations. You cant use ryo to give clothes you want a certain passive ability. Instead you're force to wear something that you dont like because of the passive ability boost or youre handicapped into the match because you decide to wear something cool that doesnt have the passive abilities you want. 2) Presets we had in Open Beta 1 is gone. Pretty much what Globku said. 3) Missions lack variety. Same Bosses over and over. This is why having a small character roster is bad. 4)DUPLICATES. Overwatch had the same problem they fixed when they heard masive complaints by players I rate this game a 7.9/10 I love playing this game but im being completely objective about this game as well.

I've been waiting for a Naruto game with character creation for the longest time. After playing this thing for the past 2 days, I can honestly say I'm kinda dissatisfied with it. PvP was tested extensively obviously, but PvE almost seems 'shoehorned' in. Besides that there's an overabundant lack of costumes and styles for the created characters. It seems like all I see in the lobby is the same 10 costumes with the only variations being color. I understand making a game isn't easy, but when one of your biggest selling points is customizable characters, you want to have a lot of variety. Naruto look-alikes dont really cut it for me. The game designers had a great deal of content from the series to work with as far as hairstyles and costumes went. I feel like they only scratched the surface and said "good enough". Though I suspect they omitted more unique customization content because they intend to sell the rest of it to us through the season pass. I'm glad other people are enjoying the game - even if I'm not that satisfied with it. I'm hoping the game improves over time with future updates obviously, but as of right now I can't even say im angry, just let down.

Ryan Hill the game just dropped. Not many people have gotten the more different styles of clothes and most don’t fit the skills they want to use with them. There are 4000 clothes in this game and many different combinations to wear them. It’s got good content I think.

There are about 34/35 different tops from what ive gathered. This, in addition to the bottoms that go with them, amount up to 68/70 different pieces of interchangable pieces of equipment. This is not counting the color varients, which each piece seems to have at least 8 of which includes the original colors. The actual issue with this is more along the lines of how iconic the outfits are. Naruto's outfit, Sasuke's outfit, Sakura's outfit, and so on. None of the content for clothing customization is unique or original, just mostly main cast/iconic character recolors. I'm not sure how many accessory items there are, but they have anbu masks, why not an anbu outfit? They have sound ninja outfits on PvE enemies, why cant we wear those? I'm not asking for content that would be entirely unique to only my character and what I want it to look like, just stuff that isn't so synonymous with a specific character. The content the game has right now isn't by any means bad, just lacking in my opinion, which I'm sure people would disagree with. Sorry for the long post

i agree with this ranking, this game at its best is the most fun ive had in a video game in years, but after u play the same 5 modes the same 5 maps over and over again, it gets stale, and it alos has a lot of unnecessary inconveniences like u said. What this game needs is to fix all the inconveniences and to stop releasing new characters and jutsu all the time, we have enough jutsu already. The jutsu variety is actually a great part of this game and start working on new gamemodes and maps we could see the hidden mist village, the valley of the end, the forest of death, the land of waves, hidden stone village. and boom thats already double the maps, for survival they could have the chunin exams preliminary round arena, the could also have the chunin exams from boruto arena, for gamemodes they could have a tag gamemode where its a free for all 8 players and one random person is it, if they tag someone they become it and they are no longer it, and to avoid tag backs u cant tag the same person back fro at least 5 seconds, whoever is it at the end of 1 minute 30 is out, rince and repeat 8 6 more times and u have ur winner. they could also have a 1v1/2v2 mode. where u are in the survival arena and u just battle to the death. they could also have a payload mode like overwatch. or a combat battle buts its 4 teams of 2 that would be interesting. and maybe also a hide and seek gamemode where there is a seeker and everyone tries to hide and if they find u and tag u there becomes 2 seekers. also maybe a 20v20 team fight to the death mode, or like a battle royale style gamemode.

Totally think I played a match against you last night, if your psn name is globku, they had 8 plat trophies 100% dragonballfighterZ and a bunch of trophies for other anime games I see you review and had a made character that looked like all of yours with the green hair, and were rocking the sand shield and kisame ult, unfortunately for me I was stuck on a rando team of 3 range types that I don't know if they knew what they were doing or had an idea, but we'll just say you guys steamrolled us and it was an honour playing against you, if that was you, and I hope to see you again in the ninja tournament! Dude it’s gay, don’t. First off the combat... my god it clunky asf. Winning in the game doesn’t feel like you earned it, it felt like you survived and that’s it. Hitting people is a joke, everyone doesn’t get hit and when the game decides it’s a hit, it’s usually your character hitting air. This game crashes more times than an Iranian pilot, the matchmaking’s terrible, missions become extremely tedious as they are repetitive. And they reuse maps for storytelling with the most dumbest missions. Find naruto in the hidden rain, you go in a circle to find him, that’s it. Anyone who tells you they have fun is spamming jutsus in pvp. Did I forget mention matchmaking might take 10 minutes, u play the game against the sweatiest healing teams out there. Enemies regain infinite health and literally godmode. Oh and also matchmaking servers are stuffed, most often than not your put in a group of two or three... in a fucking 4 player team battle. No one is good and no one is bad, it’s stressful.some jutsus just flat out don’t work and disappear so you can’t fucking use it, so does the ultimate. There are jutsus that are consistent in working, but most fucking fail. Even the dragon ball game has a much larger hub then narutos. Oh and if your hit with a stagger attack ooooooooh, be believe you gonna fall and die at the bottom of the map.theres no skill, no actual sense of win or loss. And after u complete chuinin your free. Oh and to add, midgets in this game are “fucking overpowered”, sometimes their hit boxes disappear completely. No matter how good your internet is I guarantee you will miss most of you light and heavy attacks. And it might crash every 3 to 4 games. In all things serious, the games not that bad.

The byakugan needs a buff; It should at least be able to tell the difference between a real ninja and a substitution (maybe highlight it in purple instead of red ?). If it doesn't do much beside making ppl glow and show their ult, it chould recharge a bit faster. Katsuyu, although doing enough healing should; move around(slowly) and/or spit healing zones around her or acid at close range ennemies. P.S maybe Hinata should be moved to the attack section. I mean, she doesn't have any healing ability...

(2nd edit: The Naruto fan in me is too strong; I caved 😅) I wasn’t expecting this game to be rated as high as a B, but the improvements they made to lag, the amount of customization and good amount of detail put into the missions is commendable. I’m still a firm believer that the graphics and animations are inadequate, the HUB is bad, and the game will be a nightmare for solo players online. I’ll show my discontent by not picking this up in the launch window (edit: maybe not even after a price drop), which was the last thing I wanted to do as a big Naruto fan. I hope those who feel the same don’t get caught up in the Naruto hype and vote with their wallets like those who thoroughly enjoy the game voted with theirs.

I think they failed with the customization. If you want to play "just for fun" and look the way you like, you won't be effective in online mode and will be crushed more often than none. If you want to be competitive you need to use very specific gear, weapons and abilities. All outfits give some sort of bonus to gameplay wich means you will have to use the one that makes you stronger and most times you will end up with mismatched gear. There are some abilities that are just superior to others so you end up having to use them to succeed, and you need to use a weapon that fits your abilities and combos or you won't deal that much damage. with this the "customization" becomes very limited. It's a shame since it was the big banner of the game. Also if you change sex with the scroll all your gender specific gear goes away and you need to start all over.

I think they should let you have a career mode and call it Road to Kage. You start off as a genin until you become Kage depending on what village you choose to come from.

Game needed a lot more time in development, feels rushed and unfinished. It's like its was trying to copy xenoverse but got lost halfway along. Gameplay felt super limiting to me in the beta and demos. You can only really use like what 3 or 4 jutsu in a loadout at a time, wtf is that bullshit. In xenoverse you can use 8 abilities at a time with you cac, plus the effects of your souls and shit. Idk it's sad that it's becoming a common thing for games to become what they where supposed to be a year after releasing with updates and DLC...I'll pick this one up on a PSN flash sale sometime later this year.

Sry but a b is way to hight. I mean its fun to play... When can you play. Its not fun if the matchmaking stoped working after 5 min of wautinf and Kicks you out of que. Or that you have to load ever round complete New. Why not make it so that you play best of 3 so that you can play a bit bevor you have to got to matchmaking again. But nö you okay one round which take 10 min at most. But in the many cases you just play 4 to 6 min. Then you load Tage looby and need to wait around 5 min for the next Match. What also is so infuriating that you have to walk to the facilities where you can change something. Why not just give me a Menü to manage my character. AND WHY THE F. DO I NEED TO CONFIRM any time i want to visit the a facilitie that i just walked to that i really want to use it. Oh my god this game is so anoying. And this would not be Bad if this game was shit but it's really fun to play but has so many things weighting it down. You got the good point realy on the spot but you did not pointed out the weakspots as much.

I haven't played online yet. Games good, needs a lot of minor tweaks and a few major ones. Jutsu shouldn't be tied to role. Could use some type of stat system. Needs generic hairstyles, not ones that already belong to characters from the show, more jutsu. Summonings should at least move around a bit more freely.

This game low key ass, all the missions in the game are the same as they are on the previous difficulty. And the online pvp aspect of the game is broken, two healers on a team is all you need as long as they have broken clothing stats. I want them to release more updates soon.

Guys come on there’s so much unfair shit in this game. There are so many times when like 7 AI throw a Kunai at me and it fucks me over. And THEN there’s that one mission where Yamato builds the gate and you have to protect them. Those missions aren’t that hard AT first but when you beat the game like I did and you have to do it again ITS SO UNFAIR BRO IF THEY BREAK DOWN THE GATE YOU HAVE TO START ALLL OVER MANNN. Then there’s the giant snake. You know the move when the snake shoots like several mini snakes at you and it stops your moment? Oml they can hit you in MID AIR and OVER BOTTOMLESS PITS so you can’t do anything and you die. Don’t get me wrong I love this game but that was just a piece of the pie bro ( also best defense character is gaara)

Why doesn't Shinobi Striker let you use glamour like Final Fantasy XIV (change appearance without changing stats). I'm already turned off due to not implementing such a feature. I would equip the best equipment, but under the guise of my prefer look. Basically hiding equipment looks that I don't like.

Lemme just point out something, getting the rare items won't be a problem as long U have a high level in general and completed all the missions. It's unfortunate how we have a small roster and how Killer Bee isn't a part of it, U only get to fight him in Gyuki mode but his model is already in the game, might be a hint for the upcoming characters.
