Hey guys, My MVP for this game was Mei Feng, for pretty obvious reasons. Basically Oneshotting a master seems pretty good from the view of a noob like me. (playing the Video on 1.5 speed, so I watched the game in less time than the 1:21) Love your approach to these Battle Reports. I'm very much new to Malifaux (having only built my Crews, nothing more) and these are so helpful! I also love your attitude towards the game. I feel like these kinds of games can be a little bit too cut-throaty because they are so complex. So I love that you keep it casual. A long game like this is better enjoyed casually. I don't quite get how Tom can have the time for all this content-creating besides being a teacher (am a teacher myself, working from 7am to 6pm totally drains me), so big props for that! I've been listening to all your podcast episodes, hopefull you'll release a new one soon! (Rasputina would be great, but you three don't seem to play her?)

Oh man, gum drop was the clear mvp to me. I love the visual of riding the rail, jumping off, kicking the everliving crap out of Kaeris and pushing through only to keep on her way to do her thing somewhere else. That said, the captain absolutely clocking the little robot after it being "safe" due to shielded was a wonderful moment

I think the Fire Golem gets my MVP award for having a truly fiery paint job and accumulating so much burning that you stop caring about keeping track. That's wildfire baby!

Sparks was absolute MVP. His health and command activation at the end could have been game winning without the Captains top decked 8. Plus, pumping a fish full of bombs?! What's not to love.

The Captain was MVP for me, all those wind walls were useful agains Fuhatsu (Miss Guided, awesome alt version!). I really liked the Bat Rep, I also like those Crews! Ride the rails is bonkers ability. I need to find me some of those Nightmare boxes for Mei Feng. Especially that alt Metal Golem. I don't like the regular sculpt.

If you didn't want MVP to go to Mei Feng, you shouldn't have let her beat the absolute snot out of Kaeris. Also I love the little warp pipe and spanish guitar effects you add to the game for fun

Mei fang is a definite MVP, even thou she ran, she had to stop arcanists geting another point. And Captain did an awesome job negating shooting almost the whole game. Beside that id say fuhatsu that dident do much but forced the arcanists to hide all the time and ate a lot of activations that could have been used better.

Despite Tom's comments Mei Feng has to be the MVP both point wise (scoring 3 points and denying 1) and cinematically riding the rails into Kaeris and everyone else beating the daylight out of them and scampering away in the end because she's a wise foreman. Great battle report can't wait for the next one:)

I have just painted my first crew (leveticus) and your videos really help with getting motivated to get some games in. Explorer's society would be a great addition to enabl me to get 2 crews going and a reason to get my wife playing

Never seen the ?new? format cards, like for fat cap and gumdrop. Very cool, are they in the normal boxes? MVP is Carlos just because I enjoy seeing in Malifaux how running around doings schemes can be so useful overall rather than just getting stuck into combat. Very different to other games I've played! Maybe it's the schemes that are the MVP.
