I posted a comment in this video regarding Warhawk footage a few days ago, but it looks like KZbin auto-flagged it as spam and completely hid it. Any chance it could be released? It's probably stuck somewhere in KZbin Studio's "Comments - Held for review" section. Thanks :)! My comment contained links to a Kikizo video and a GameSpot article for context. KZbin probably treats any comments containing links as spam. Didn't realize its spam filtering behaviour was so arbitrary/aggressive.

I'd be grateful if you could share any pre-release footage of Warhawk PS3 from your archives. Warhawk went through development hell. Its single player mode was scrapped in early 2007. It was subsequently reworked into a successful multiplayer-only game. Anything shown in 2005-2006 contains major differences compared to the released game. The most notable footage you might have in your possession would be the TGS 2005 trailer. The off-camera footage you filmed for Kikizo is the only known version of it ("WarHawk (PS3): New Footage - Seriously good-looking trailer for the the upcoming PS3 shooter." - Kikizo, September 30, 2005). It's the earliest known media of the game's engine and looks kind of like a tech demo. Anything from TGS 2006 would also be very interesting to see. Sony setup a "bunker" booth to demonstrate 16 player online multiplayer at that event ("TGS 06: Warhawk Multiplayer Hands-On" - GameSpot, September 22, 2006). It was the first time multiplayer and ground-based gameplay were shown in playable form. I believe it's the earliest incarnation of what the released game ultimately became. Virtually no media of it exists online. Warhawk is known to have been shown at the following events: * E3 2005 (CG trailer) * TGS 2005 (in-engine trailer) * GDC 2006 (keynote-only flight demo) * E3 2006 (playable "sixaxis" flight demo... shown at infamous keynote and booths) * GC 2006 (rough single player trailer) * TGS 2006 (playable multiplayer booth demo, refined single player trailer [short and long variants exist]) * (single player removal rumours begin in mid-January 2007...) * GDC 2007 (playable multiplayer booth demo) * Warhawk Wednesdays (closed alpha... weekly multiplayer play sessions for the press) * SCEA Gamer's Day 2007 (playable multiplayer booth demo) * Public beta (invite-only, content-complete [not gold yet], distributed via PS Store) * E3 2007 (playable multiplayer booth demo) Thanks :)!
