I think you might want to check out the Ultimates from Ultimate Ninja 4, and 5 they get pretty wild, also a lot of them are unique to those games only.

I find that the ultimate jutsus are diminished in the games because they show the recipient falling to the ground after an ultimate finish instead of going straight to the winner screen. Like you see these planetary explosions coming from Naruto and the entire landscape is destroyed and then finish back in the location with the person falling down.
