Disney's Tarzan (also known as Tarzan Action Game) is an action platformer developed by Eurocom and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation console in 1999. Konami published the game for its Japanese release. It was also released on the PC and Game Boy Color in 1999, and Nintendo 64 in 2000. The player takes control of the eponymous Tarzan who ultimately has to save his home, the jungle, from Clayton, a hunter for gorillas. Tarzan starts up as a child learning the skills of the apes. The game has 3 difficulties: easy, medium and hard. In the easy and medium difficulties, little Tarzan gets tips from his friend Terk. Tarzan's enemies are monkeys, baboons, eagles, and different animals such as snakes and bushpigs, and some humans and Clayton.

You need to recognize that this game has a shitty platform mechanics, is like you have must be attacked by the enemies and has some luck to beat this level.

No, I actually enjoyed the way he played it, there are many actions I would like to see to refresh my memory, for example what happens if Clayton reaches you, what happens if you throw him that fruit while he is chasing you etc... Also I'm fed up with 'all perfect game playing' for me it's boring. It's different when the player looses and has to try again and again, we cheer them on and it's unexpected.

A legend of a game, that played an important part of my childhood growing up. I'll never forgot turning on my PS1, hearing that chime, and sound it would make while loading up, with that iconic logo, and startup screen, and then hearing this game and movie's iconic soundtrack intro made by one of my favorite singers. What a throwback this is, and games todays don't hit like these games did. Literally how I miss the good old days man. I'll never forget the final scene, or the stampede, and even fighting the leopard and what a throwback. Glad to still have my copy still, and my PS1, but if I could go back in time, I'd relive these memories, and this has to be my favorite game, movie, and soundtrack. I know for many this carried as well their childhoods, what a time it was again, for everyone that had a chance to experience this.

No one can ever compare the feelings you get from hearing that PS1 Intro, and remembering your childhood, and the good times. Still glad I still have mine and play on my PS1, and play till this day. Nothing will ever be like this, how I wish I could go back to the good old days. Take in next week on Tuesday the 19th of April, I'll be 20 for my birthday. How time flies honestly. Clayton's sister blames Tarzan in the series for killing Clayton when in the movie he just got hanged. 5:26-29 But in the gameplay of this Clayton does get killed by Tarzan though.
