I've got a very simple 3 seat v hull without the middle seat and with side boards for sitting of loading. I like the light weight and the simplicity. Those boxes and caddies seem like they'd be good for me.

Exactly. Rewire is all it needs? If ur worried send the wire. We know you conduit a ton. Everything else likely doesnt matter.
