I’m trophy pushing as a TH9 I’m only in Master 2 so far only 130 away from Master 1 but I realized regular lavaloon wasn’t working well enough I was getting low to high 40% but I tried this and was automatically getting 1 star 50% to 3 stars!!! Insane!!! Thanks a ton!

I got queen lvl 16 but i'm feeling good with a particular lavaloon created fail after fail! Now i 3 star every base: -Queen walk(lvl 15+ if possible) with 4 healers -2 Lavahounds -19 Baloons -3 Archers -3 Wallbreakers(For let your Archer Queen reach enemy Air Defence) Spells: -2 Thunderbolts for destroy 1 AD -2 Rage for Balloons(if u miss rage then u probably fail) -1 Skelethon spell for *KILL THE ARCHER QUEEN* in the centre of the village while is attacking a lavahound(if your queen cant manage her)/or for destroy some buildings with low hp Castle Troops and Spell: -1 more Lavahound/Elettric Dragon -Poison for Castle Clan Troops. P.s. If u cant trigger the Enemy CC troops then switch some balloons for an hog rider.. I'm feeling comfortable with this strategy because it covers much of lavaloon weekness and it works too without CC tools.

This is absolutely the best th9 strategy. If you can get the queen and cc down and at least 1 air defense it’s an easy 3 star every time. I bring some wallbreakers to help funnel if the AD are deeper in the base. Queen usually takes out 30-40% of the base with the help of a rage spell or 2 Edit: my queen just barely got to lvl20. All troops max for th9. I think you need lvl 18-19 queen to avoid getting 1 shot by edrag. I usually bring 1 lava hound and a 2nd in the cc with freeze for pub. or poison for war. 1 baby drag some wallbreakers and a few minions. Works every time

When are wall breakers necessary. When is getting the queen inside the base instead of going around necessary.

I could generally try to push the queen to the center of the base whenever possible, think of the base like a pie and the queen needs to take a full piece so the when the loons come in adjacent to her entry and move as a group around the base instead of splitting off all over. I explain in more detail in this video why it’s so important for the queen (or any kill squad) to reach the center. Hi Eric, great video! We do 25v25 wars with TH12s and every TH9 I attack has an E Drag lvl3. It’s very hard to do this against any town hall I attack with a max e drag. Could you do a video on how you’d go about taking an e drag out w/queen walk loonian start. Thanks :)

The attack doesn’t change with an e drag in the CC but you do need a high enough level queen to survive a shot, a level 18 or lower Queen will get 1 shotted so you must use your ability before it shoots

Just be careful if there is an e drag in enemy CC, pop ability while it is charging up its lightning because it will one-shot your AQ if she is level 18 or lower

Hey Eric Practicing like a mad man right now. Your video helped me out a lot, and I have spotted quite a few mistakes I made when trying to laloon. I alway thought max loons was the way to go as cc-troops and I mostly tried to bring multiple hounds. As a result I was lacking in loons. Never thought one hound would be enough since the rule of thumb seemed to be one hound per ad that's not taken down with the queen/killsqad etc. I have some major success with your composition but sometimes I think sacrificing 6 loons for a second hound could be a good thing. Do you always bring only one hound? Also keep up that awesome content. Absolutely amazing what you do here!

That was my problem too. I would bring 2 hounds and one in the CC, which was too many hounds. I didn't have enough loons after. Now I only use a CC hound. My queen is really underleveled tho she's only lvl 6

You can use anything for cleanup but ground traps are probably not tripped yet so might hit some and lose the troops, normally minions are good to follow loons because the loons already cleared all the traps

I’ll take 2 lavas if they are lower level, but with the max level, 1 is plenty. But if you use 2 TH9 hounds then you can take max loons instead in CC. Little bit of a trade off but both work fine

Baby dragon is just there to funnel the AQ to walk where you want her and can be replaced by other funnel troops as needed. Can add or remove wall breakers depending on how many walls you want your AQ to take. For normal random farming attacks this has usually been enough

Usually TH9 bases are small enough that you can reach her with just one wall break, doesn’t need to be on edge but it definitely makes it easier
