So yummy, I'm drooling 🤤. Love all those fresh and colorful vegetables and herbs with all sort of textures. Definitely different (in a good way) than what I've seen. Going to try but I'm sure it won't taste the same as the Chef.

woooow! finally i see REAL FOOD simply prepared! but only nice presented.. so good stuff don't need anything special to do with! this chef has to teach his approach to many other colleagues who ever exaggerate with thousands of ingredients and silly complicated preparation...maybe it is my opinion, or maybe is in general thai cooking which supposes such a fundamental simplicity, and if is it true it is one of the main reason because I LOVE THAI COOKING! go Ducan go!!!

+Monsterlover thx for your comment, we use a Panasonic GH4 camera for all these videos. Series 1 we used a Canon 5D and series 2 was filmed with the GH4, please share our videos if you will as we want to make more. All the best DTK

I use fresh chili, fresh garlic, lime juice from lime and mortar and pestle. Plus chinese celery. Nothing authentic about this recipe.
