I had to google the definition of salad after seeing this recipe. I know you know what you are doing so I had to know what the true meaning is. In the US salad is fresh greens with other veggies, mostly. I like THESE salad recipes best. Thank you for your amazing recipes

What about thai style chicken noodle soup? The broth is dark in color. Slightly sweet with a slight vinegar taste. The noodles used are more similar to mung bean noodles topped with fresh fried garlic and scallions
