I’ve tried these years ago but the dough was too difficult, this looks amazing. (I saw them on youtube at street vendors throwing the dough around to thin it😜) Going to try your way!

Is the purpose of the video to sell rice cookers or compare cooking methods? That's definitely not how one cooks in the pink pot. I already own a rice cooker so don't need convincing so next time you do a comparison, please use tools that you know and understand. I also own a pink pot and could not believe the high heat being used on it.

The awase miso paste already contains dashi stock. That may explain the stronger flavor if you add it to your own stock.

Loved this one! Honestly since I became vegetarian/ pescatarian. I have not looked on your channel. I saw some recipes with fish but not a lot with only veggies! Loved this ❤ please make more veggie foods!

Hi Marion, Your channel is my most favorite. I have a question: In my Thai green curry paste, after I make it, it has very tiny thread like, fibrous, chewy structures possibly from lemon grass. They do not give a nice feeling in the mouth. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

You have a lovely face and such a pleasant personality. The recipe was not bad, but I think very salty and the aromatics also need to be added to the blanching water. I would peel and core the garlic. Please mention if this is Pork or Beef, I could not remember. It is Pork I found out. Should be mentioned in text. Please do not wear those huge earrings. They are very distracting in a cooking demo. You don't need adornment and it is out of place in a kitchen. Plus those earrings are truly ugly 1980's vintage style. Try smaller sparkly ones. These look like satellite dishes. Please do not add music to any cooking demo. It subtracts from video. It hurts the ears and is insanely irritating. There is zero benefit in adding more noise over the voice and cooking sounds. We want to hear natural sounds of cooking, minimal voice, and zero music.

No difference on the taste of the onions? Usually, sautéing onions gives them a sweetness and nuttiness that you can’t get otherwise.

I have low spice tolerance! Even my pico de gallo that I ate today was too spicy with just jalapeños! My mouth was burning the whole time! So I don't get the full flavor of these Thai dishes because I can't stand the spice!

I made this today. I usually don't have all the ingredients for Marion's recipes but today I did. This was super easy to make and tastes and looks gorgeous too. I used thighs!
