Thank you. I wouldn’t have considered this, but watching you has peaked my interest. As an experienced canner I appreciate your instructions about the the jars cracking, exploding etc. Many new canners need to respect the resting times and times for removing the canner lids. In 2020 with nothing but time on my hands, I turned to KZbin for canning inspiration. I found lots of new projects to try. Some have been less than favorites but having homemade soup on my pantry shelf has been wonderful. Thank you for suggesting a new flavor.
