- 2 eggs (large eggs)
- 120 g of cake flour
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- Vanilla flavor 1 teaspoon (I don't have any)

method 🧁
- First step: Beat the eggs with sugar. until the sugar dissolves and change the color from orange-yellow to off-white After hitting it Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Sift the cake flour into it. Stir the ingredients to be homogeneous.
- Bring the ingredients that have been poured into the prepared container. Then place them in the air fryer basket. Cover the pan tightly with foil, then use a toothpick to poke around the foil. Then put it in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
- When done, remove the foil, put it in the air fryer again, reduce the temperature to 130 degrees for 5 minutes.
- When finished, take it out and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
*air fryer I use is a Philips Airfryer model HD9200/91, capacity 4.1 liters, HD9200.
