Is ถ้าคุณพูดช้าผมเข้าใจ correct in this context or does ข้าใจ only reference to "understand the meaning of something" while ฟังรู้เรื่อง references to the listening skills regarding a foreign language?

ถ้าคุณพูดช้าๆ ผมจะเข้าใจ Or ถ้าคุณพูดช้าๆ ผมจะฟังออก If you speak slowly I would understand 😊 ฟังรู้เรื่อง is not only about foreign language. It generally understands the story

Very close, ฟังออก you understand what are those words that person say. เข้าใจ you understand meaning that means you know what those words that person say 😊
