Tried 3 flavours using 2 base ingredients - Cream and Condensed Milk
1. Nutella
2. Mint Chocolate chips
3. Salted honey.
Equipments used:

Alternatively you can just blend or crush everything coarsely, put it in the tray to set and roll

Hi Ashraf.. You can make in any plate but the bigger the tray, the thinner the ice-cream spread will be, the easier it will be to roll the ice-cream. and no need to cover it; you can keep it as it is. Freeze this overnight thats what we usually do but you can freeze for 5 hours too if the spread is thin it will be frozen quickly
