The reason I like this channel so much is because of Mark's attitude and passion for food. He doesn't discriminate (except just a little bit against sweeter foods) and tries everything that sounds good. He is also very open and respectful to the cultures of the places he goes to. Seeing him embrace all the wonderful things in life, even foods I don't personally like (ex. garlic/ginger/hot chili peppers/bitter melon/etc.), makes me more open to trying new things. Especially because of the genuine enjoyment in his expression every time he gets to eat good food. Thank you, Mark! I probably won't get to try as many things as you in my life, whether because I can't or won't, but I know I will seek out more opportunities to experience what the world has to offer. I wish good health and fortune for your family, now with a new addition of sweet Micah.
