Because they are Thailand. And, they are moral patches. May not be a "real soldiers or LEO." They have different social norms.

A lot of it stems from the Mao Zedong's cultural revolution. People who disagreed or spoke out about anything would disappear in the night, China lost all cultural identity. What do people who are fiercely patriotic but, have have lost all ties with their cultural identity and history look like? Also, weapons are banned in china. This class looks like a chinese airsofter's went to thailand for some adventure tourism. Im using all my powers of intuition, but, that is a logical conclusion after studying post WWII China for the last 10 years.
