What King Epic says at the start of this video is so true, make sure you don't realize this too late. Life is short, take chances, tomorrow never comes. I first started traveling in my 30's and was very apprehensive, 20 years later and I love travelling to new places, seeing, and meeting new people. I have no worries about travelling alone and have been to Thailand 25+ times. Can’t wait for the current international travel situation to change so I can get back to Bangkok and Pattaya.

My first visit to thailand is happening in 2 months Dec 2024. Im 41 yrs old and feel like ive missed the boat i couldve gone 10 times before as i had the money but never had a single thought about thailand. Im glad ive discovered it now and glad im not too old. Still youngish at my age and will probably go another couple times. Also im not just visiting for the ladies. Im going to expore quite a few areas while im there and experience the culture, food and sites and scenery. Bangkok>pattaya>krabi>kho phi phi>krabi>koh samui>pattaya>chaing mai>Chang rai>pattaya>bangkok and home these are my destinations i will be visiting

been wanting to go to Thailand for 11 yrs. Bought tickets once like 10 yrs ago but chickened out and cancelled. My big prob is no friends to go with, and have never left the country before. "Long game" advice so true as being a victim of this myself. I even considered myself a seasoned veteran at detecting gold diggers. I thought I found a gem in that my new girl paid for dinner and drinks while refusing my attempts to pay on our first 2 meetings. "must mean she really likes me, no other reason" Little did I realize was that short term loss for her was peanuts to what I ended up spending on her in the next few months. Ended up being a 100x investment for her LOL. I'd sure as heck take that yield in my IRA.

Yes some of my mates are in the same boat and left it too late, Where I have seen the best of Thailand may times when it was still fun cheap and easy to travel the only problem is getting to the airport and not stuck in traffic due to accidents on the roads.
