I have been completing my own routine that i made, it involves 2 lifting days, 3 heavy bag muay thai days. one of those days has some grappling drills on the heavy bag too and one conditioning day. i try to lightly spar with my neighbors and also grapple/roll with them as much as possible. i have learned almost everything i know off youtube and feel suprisingly confident in my abilities. soon i plan on joining my local bjj gym once i can get the money figured out. i also have 2 years of wrestling experience from junior high, i plan on joining my wrestling team next year, i am 15 years old and just wanted to thankyou for all the super helful insight youve provided me with.
