Hey, I found you via Gordo's latest video. It seems like your video was inappropriately removed by him. Most people will think you're shit for stealing his work but I'm the few that thinks you're in the right. Gordo was performing in public and you happened to be there. You filmed him, uploaded the video, and got millions of view, which also helped Gordo's online career. You weren't also false advertising as your merch didn't have Gordo's name on it. In terms of copyright, it is a gray area as he was performing in public without any sign stating not to film him. Gordo probably had a difficult time consulting with music companies to claim your video as the original piece was not recorded in a studio or sold anywhere. What makes me sick is that Gordo did not care about your video when he had such a small following. He attacked you out of greed and jealousy, once he had an audience and a voice. His sister is on his video, constantly defending Gordo, stating that we are most likely your friends or relatives, which is absolutely absurd and biased. She gives no appreciation to your video trending. In reality, you were the first to upload bucket drumming videos on KZbin, which is why I believe your video gained traction over the years. You titled the video correctly, and marketed it at the perfect time, before KZbin was even a thing. Sure, you were a dick for not crediting him properly and removing his pinned comment, but you absolutely had the right not too, as it was your video. You should consult with a lawyer regarding this matter, as I feel like you were somehow mistreated, ambushed and betrayed. Good luck!

Hi Emily, I didn't realize you had posted this twice, here is the response to you incase you have not seen it., Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I've been overseas without much chance to use my social media & recently found out my video had been wrongly removed. It is very sad to know a video has been made to attack me by a guy who I truly respected, It was the last thing I had ever expected him to do. As most stories are, there are two sides & Gordo has left out a huge chunk on his side. As for your information, I have already credited him properly, & the pinned comment was a gesture of mine which only came down after 3 years when Gordo had already gathered enough exposure & I was advised by many people including my KZbin manager. I am certain my channel, profile picture, Instagram links have nothing that associates me being Gordo. I am Asian, with an Asian name, full of travel videos & have never ever said anything that claims to be him, I'm certain no self channel would name themselves "Best Drummer Ever", It would definitely cause conflict. I also have all the relevant documentation for the video right now & evidence of everything that Gordo has done in the past. I overlooked those things in the past & tried to be a good partner. Never seemed to be enough & after 7 years of this, I think now is enough & I won't take any more of it. I'm not the type of person who will try to create more drama over the internet, rather solve it in real life, therefore I don't believe I'll be adding any comments to defend myself on his video, it only adds fuel to his fire for a video which he's monetizing. People nowadays like to believe whatever they want. I appreciate you & all the other people who have supported me very much & am very grateful sadly Gordo never has. The video is already back up, & I'm willing to fight for what's right so don't worry. Thanks again, William
