Thailand's nature is too precious. I am glad to see them moving toward the sustainability. Soon, this will be a new trend of thailand's tourism. It benefits everyone, the locals, the tourists, the animals and the nature :)

Keep the limit of people allowed to a very small number! Make sure to charge them like crazy and 100% of the proceeds go to helping the environmental area there and the sea life. The tourists truly want to be able to see it they will help conserve it.

just limit the number of people who can visit, actually limit it to maybe even 50 people/day and actually enforce it

Thailand 🇹🇭 protecting the environment rather than appeasement of TOURISM. Wildlife is definitely more important than tourist to your beautiful country. Keep on the right path of protecting your environment.

Set a limit of the number of tourists visiting the tourist site, calculate the carrying capacity of the space. Or encourage tourists go to to another area or to another country

Tourists have plenty places in the world to see. The islands in Thailand can afford to let eco system sustain itself.

I was glad visiting there last year and saw baby shark near the beach. Please don't dip in the water, baby sharks can swim in very shallow water.

follow what our pres duterte did to boracay in philippines. After he declared the island a cess pool with sewage water seeping into the bay, the entire island was closed for rehabilitation for 6months. Now its as pristine as ever but the number of tourists allowed on the island is now limited to, i think 8thousand a day from tens of thousands before

They've been doing it, limiting tourists to 2000 a day since 2018. the problem is the massive amount of tourists, some provinces or some islands alone like Phuket island alone have more tourists (13M in 2019) than the Philippines as a whole (8.2M in 2019), so the impact varies greatly.

charge thousands for the same services. thousands of dollars not baht. and you'll see the tourism dwindle abit. and then keep a strict regulations on how to be on the water. lock up in jail for those illegal thai bringing in tourist for cheap. and in the same time it will increase police or coast guard revenue due to bribery.

What is managing wisely if the nature is sensitive towards human presence..? Human is also fighting for its survival How could that be achieved by managing wisely. Its either loose the nature and win human surivival.
