Thailand isn’t business friendly. Spent almost 20 years doing business there. Rules for Thais (much less oversight) rules for foreigners are held to a totally different level. No rights and you can’t fully own your business.

Not true! The recession ended 3 years ago after the COVID. I heard on the news the other day said that Thai economy is worse than the Covid time. In Cambodia, the economy is growing very rapidly. In America there are plenty of works. I heard that Thai made products can no longer complete with the neighboring countries plus the in flow of cheap Chinese goods. Thai economy is in deep trouble. Almost 5000 factories are closed since 2021. It happens so quickly. Very troubling.

There's no real substance to this story without quantifying the size of the 2000 companies that have shut down. probably 50,000 or way more new companies are formed every month, so unless all these 2000 companies are amongst the largest 100000 companies then it is of little consequence. All i see when taking my daughter to school and back here in Thailand is new developments going up everywhere, I also see the age of cars on the road becoming less with each year, I also see Thai's spending more money on "stuff" than ever before. My assumption from what I see is that the Thai economy is robust. Actual facts would be better in your next video.
