Love Bangkok . People have a bad perception. It’s not just a sex place . The city is huge and 10 times bigger than Mumbai and la. Go to the city center and you can stay at a Novetel for 80 bucks and great food and malls and trains and fun . You will meet tourists all over and locals are so polite and kind . Shopping is great 👍

The weather in Bangkok at the moment is abnormal, even Thai people feel bloody hot. By the way, the Thai foods in your video mostly are Royal food in the past therefore you won't easily find those in street food market. Welcome back and Enjoy.

@@travelforphoebe In the past, there was no school, male had to learn in temple(monks as teachers) but female had no right to do so(because of culture and traditional, no allow close relation between monk and female), so most Hi-Class Families did send their daughters to Royal house to serve Royal families and got training such as cooking skills in return, nowadays there are some Universities or institutions teaching Royal Thai Food courses. Royal Thai foods and normal Thai food are different in terms of appearance and taste, you will be able to know it by yourself when you first look at it because of luxury and extra-ordinary which take time to make. You may googling with the word "อาหารชาววัง" or "royal thai food" and you will find a lot of pictures including some places where you will have some pleasure times with it. Good Luck

Great video guys, nice to see Matt's rare food review on Kanom Buaeng ! oh, and I think this is the only Bangkok video on YT that gave us tips and info about the heat over there. eg. drink plenty of water, take an umbrella, etc. Very good advice.

Best way go for transportation from the airport is GRAB. Get a sim card at the airport, download the app, and have your transport booked within ten minutes. So cheap and the drivers are first rate. I was their in September and used it so many times along with the BTS, Skytrain, and river ferry.

Also, Bangkok Travel Guide app is great. I used it all 3 days I was there and saw so much picking and choosing from sites the itineraries provided.
