the pricing in the video does not match what she says... in the past there was no service fees it was 1900 baht you can check other video... she says 1900 + 500 but the video puts 5000 baht... the real total is 2400 baht... but you still have to drive there anyways or take a cab, which will run you 400 up and back depending where you are living (asoke) ... so you arent really saving much by doing this... maybe some time ? but if you arrive first your in and out in 40 min

May I ask a question regarding application of retirement visa please? There is a requirement that applicant needs to provide rental contract with rental receipts to immigration. It is however, there is a family with 3 persons (adults aged 50+) are living in the same condo and all of them need to apply the retirement visa. Normally there will be only one contract for 1 condo, and only 1 receipt for rental. Therefore, how to fulfill immigration's requirement by providing rental contract and receipt for each applicant please? Thank you so much.

You can ask the owner to put All tenant names to appear on the contract it ll be fine.

The e-extension is a sham, it doesn't work, I tried several times and it said that there were no DATES available for an appointment and I even tried to check several months ahead and nothing was available😨🙆‍♂️

why do they make it so difficult? They should write it clearly, it doesnt cost anything to write the long form visa names... POR 30 means what exactly ? would it not be E-VOA ? exception-visa on arrival ? what does POR 30 even mean ? Plus what if we have 45 days on arrival ?
