Applied for LTR Visa 4 months ago and have heard nothing. I exceed every requirement by a long way and it should be a very straightforward application. Don’t underestimate the horrendous inefficiency in the system.

I probably won't receive a reply since this video is 11 months old.. However, I have a question about the tax exemption on overseas income under this LTR VISA. Is this tax exemption the same as before where the overseas income is non-taxable if it is brought into the country after a year? Or is the tax exemption also including overseas income that is brought into the country immediately when made? I don't see much talk about this and it is a potential game changer.

the pricing in the video does not match what she says... in the past there was no service fees it was 1900 baht you can check other video... she says 1900 + 500 but the video puts 5000 baht... the real total is 2400 baht... but you still have to drive there anyways or take a cab, which will run you 400 up and back depending where you are living (asoke) ... so you arent really saving much by doing this... maybe some time ? but if you arrive first your in and out in 40 min

May I ask a question regarding application of retirement visa please? There is a requirement that applicant needs to provide rental contract with rental receipts to immigration. It is however, there is a family with 3 persons (adults aged 50+) are living in the same condo and all of them need to apply the retirement visa. Normally there will be only one contract for 1 condo, and only 1 receipt for rental. Therefore, how to fulfill immigration's requirement by providing rental contract and receipt for each applicant please? Thank you so much.

Dear Sarunya, please can you also report of the difficulties through the application process. In particular i experience a many difficulties to get my membership paid. If you need to do bank transfers from outside the Krung Thai Bank which is mandatory to us is very difficult as only bank transfers of max. 49999 THB allowed! Second if you decided for credit card payment only one payment is possible. However multiple payments are allowed as many credit cards have a payment limit. It is not so straight forward.
