The highlight of this unit is definitely the balcony and the view. Other than the sheer size, the unit itself is not very impressive and I can not see paying over $1M USD for this unit. It needs a lot of work to be updated.

Nice tour. We rented one of these penthouse style condos in building C over 20 years ago and they were dated then. It would take major renovations to bring it up to current standards for an equivalent 1.2mil USD condo in Pattaya. . The only advantage to this one is the size and wrap around balcony which you just can find anymore in Pattaya without spending at least 3-4 mil USD

that is an exaggerated statement. you can always upgrade it, but it is in good move in condition. $43mm is a bit high. $1mm USD would be fair.... imo.

The maitenance fee is the real question, probably gonna be high. Old condos and lot of terrain to maintain. I'm wandering the same thing...

I can confirm that the maintenance fee is 40 baht per square meter. It’s ok when you say it like this, but it’s not ok when you multiply it by the size of the unit.
