I loved this place when I visited in November and bought a one-bedroom off the plan. The two bedroom showroom really stole my heart, but out of my budget. Great location and a lot of perks with the purchase. Looking forward to completion.

Only expats would live there since this is a premium location 200m from the beach and this is priced in well into their calculations. And don't forget the amenities like kids clubs and fitness rooms

Chiang mai is cooler but a lot of smoke during smoke season. And you will need a lot more budget compared to Pattaya.
