Yeah Game 3 had the best commentary team for the finals. I dont think much can fit Big Jon's or Mikan's shoes

Wow, this was incredibly close. I loved how it looked like one player would pull ahead, only to have a surprise twist send another player into a possible lead. I had no idea who was going to win until very late in this.

Well that was expected, considering how dominant Andy was in 2018, winning the spring tourney, the SMZ3 Tourney, GG's to both runners this was one heck of a cap off in 2018's tournament records

How does the randomization work in enemizer? It's clearly not just that each enemy is replaced completely randomly with another enemy, because you so often see groups of the same enemies together. But it's also not just that a specific enemy type is replaced with another random type. Like sometimes the 4 mini-moldorms in the mini-moldorm cave will be 1 mini-moldom and 3 of something else.

Usually beatable enemies are randomized into rooms assuming you can slay them with conventional weapons.

Thanks, but that isn't really what I was asking. I was wondering why the enemy types seem to group together... in this seed, the mini-moldorm cave had 3 mini-helmasaurs and 1 mini-moldorm. That is clearly not fully random; if it were, the odds of having 3 of the same enemy type in a room with 4 enemies would be tiny; you would expect to see 1 each of 4 different beatable enemies. And you see that sort of thing in a lot of rooms.

I'm happy Andy won this match. He was a bit overconfident in the last one, which cost him many deaths in dark rooms without the lamp, but this time around he was rational and played well.

Congrats to Andy to also winning the this tourney as well, though I was a bit disappointed with so many people wanting to do all dungeons. Takes a bit of the "rando" out of randomizer in my opinion, since part of the challenge of rando has always seems to have been knowing where not to go just as much as where to go, and it also takes some of the joy out getting a ped seed seeing as you have to go everywhere anyways. I wouldn't mind seeing the next tournament using a format much like this one, just without all dungeons. Also, when can we get the ultimate commentator team of PinkKittyRose, BigJon, and RevolverOcelot together on one game?

Do you prefer Bacon, Pork, or Ham, well it really depends, I love Bacon, and Ham, and I love Pork Fajita's, problem with that last is that my dad can't have the Green Peppers or we'd still have them. I kind of wish I could play LttP Randomizers, though I'd stick with normal mode, non Enemizer, Keysanity, or Door Randomizer simply because I suck at the game, I remember even if I only played it once I went into Thieves Town and died far too many times, course since it was on the GBA there was no actual pause for when I closed the DS.

Congrats Andy and Thalane. This was definitely better than watching Game 2. The positive was a Helmacopter The negatives are it's over and the commentary lacked energy.

What shot Thalane in the foot was TT Trip 1 and bailing out of a full clear of Mire. He needs to work on those memory lapses more.

But really, Thalane lost this tourney due to memory lapses. His execution of some wonky situations beats Andy's. I think once Thalane can hover and remember what the seed is, he'll be beating Andy. Andy with them nerves of steal! Congrats and GG

@@Hyperbolic_G Andy made errors too, especially in the third race to the extent it seemed like he was almost letting thalane win. But, eh, regardless of why either won or lost, it was just predictable to see Andy win, because of course he would. I fully expected a shutout from him and was surprised to see thalane win game three, but watching some of the decisions Andy made, again, almost felt like he threw it or at least wasn't really trying.

I believe there is a quiz you have to take to show you have basic knowledge of the randomizer, but you don’t need to be an expert

I think the commentary was alright, but I agree that a more lively and hype commentary would have been better for the last match. Congrats Andy! A well-deserved tournament victory for the pug man.
