I first time I saw her was back in the early 90's I fell in Love. She was on a show called Marimar I couldn't speak Spanish but I watched it just the same. She Is still awesome.

Completely LOVED your reaction!! This is one of my favorite songs by Thalia. She did such an incredible job covering it. There is a reason why this song, in general, is such a BIG anthem in my community. Every since Alaska first sang it in the 80's. They even redid this song with the original singer and some of the best voices in Spain for world Pride 2017. Which is another of my favorite versions of this song. Again, wonderful reaction!! 💙💙👍🏼😊

@@veronicabonilla2659 Alaska was at first in Kaka de Luxe, which was a punk band (and she was 13 years or 14 or something like that)... very amusing band but terrible musicianship XDD After that she was in Alaska y los Pegamoides, very influenced by Souxsie and The Banshees but lasted very short... In 1982 she joined Dinarama, a ban that existed already. They changed the name to Alaska y Dinarama and had a huge success in Spain and some American countries, specially Mexico. That's why Thalia knew "A quien le importa". The band was disolved in 1989 and Alaska continue her career in Fangoria, her duo with former Dinarama band mate Nacho Canut
