I have been using my Thalia capo now for a little over a year or is it two years? (time flies) I dearly love this capo and it only adds to the beauty of my baby - my Taylor 514CE I bought in 1996. I have 12 instruments but my Taylor is my best friend, we have laughed together and cried together. I wanted a very beautiful capo - I saw the Thalia and thought this was it. I bought it and it never leaves my guitar now. It is a very functional work of art.

I just got this capo today in the gold finish. I couldn't be more satisfied. The capo is beautiful and so easy to use. The customer service is incredible as well. Seriously worth the nine month wait. Go get one for yourself, guitarists!

This capo is very attractive; however, there is such tremendous pressure on the clamp that you can't just simply squeeze it with a pinching motion to move it/remove it. You have to grip and squeeze it like you would like those old exercise grips. I have a classical guitar that was slightly damaged trying to remove the capo. It's very awkward.

Hi , I bought one of your capo's and on a Taylor guitar with #15 it's not locking the cords at all and tried 12 but that was worst ...just wondering if someone else has the same problem ....it's a beautiful capo and wish it would work ????

Does she play, I saw her once along time ago with a beautiful accoustic, but I didn't know she could play, I tried to find out if she could sing but I couldn't get past the glitz and glitter, and sex, sells approach to her video production, do think her using a guitar crutch would, make like her? besides haven't seem the guitar in a long time I think it might have dumped her!

What I call this kind of aperatus is a guitar players crutch, this might just might be the best crutch ever designed, I might invest, I might even find a use for one. Ok Ok, I've heard her sing and she's not bad, she reminds me of an Dr.Hook song, "When you're in love with a beautiful Woman" (you watch your friends). Is it strange to feel sorry for some one you envie!

I dunno, it's your money, but when a capo costs as much as a hardshell case...

There are more expensive capos out there though. The Elliott is twice the price of the Thalia and isn't very pretty to look at. The Thalia is a real work of art and comes with multiple fretpads as to match the radius to your guitar and playing style and even includes a partial pad. Yeah, it might sound expensive but with what you get with it, it's a good value. (Note: I am not a paid endorser).

You can't play the guitar when it's in the case though! A Capo is a vital part of an acoustic guitar and enhances tone and increases versatility; it's worth taking seriously.

My friend gave me one as a gift. It's beautiful looking and a very novel idea but after using it for a while I just found it to be a bit bulky and overpriced. I've tried a number of capos over the years and have always gone back to my basic, affordable and user friendly Shubb. I've never had any sort of issue with mine and have had it over 20 years. No offence meant to Thalia, it just didn't work for me.

I can't think of a much more distracting and clumsy way to play a song on the guitar than pushing a capo all over the neck. Buy it if you want a pretty capo, but plz don't start playing songs with moving the capo in mind. Just learn how to play the fretboard.
