Actually, I am now unsure as to whether he says "Kneel!" or "Nil!" "Nil" means "Nothing," so it could be him calling upon the element of Nothingness. As a matter of fact, Nil was the name of an element in 358/2 Days (I know it was made AFTER 2, but still).
