@@Lucasth36r3atthe way you’ll be able to change between Ending A and B is you get to decide if the evils face Evil Adam or flee, if you pick to flee, the evils will meet with the overture gang and fight alongside them, leading to Thanatophobia and Last Stand Ending B

QLS!, i think Joe has severe trauma after Overture from everything that'd happened while he was corrupted, such as the pain he went through. The Extinction is tormenting and taunting Joe through his head, trying to make him go insane and get him corrupted again. This song makes Joe the very first person to escape The Extinction. Joe eventually overcomes his trauma and tells The Extinction to give him everything it's got. The Extinction brings Chris, Meg, Evil Stewie, and Retep to fight Joe, but Joe wins and successfully escapes The Extinction.

That old overture, thanatophobia and last stand are making a return as an alternate ending, Joe is now a ghost after being defeated by Stewie in Abhorrence, regretting his actions in Cataclysm. Quagmire is facing off against him, and everything else that happens in this version of the story is unknown.
