I'm glad I waited until the video finished. One, because this was a pleasure to watch, & second to wait if chat provided the info. Finesse is the weapon property for using both DEX & STR, yes! Versatile is the weapon property that some 1-handed weapons have to instead use it two-handed, giving up a free hand to carry a shield or spell focus to strike with a greater damage die, IE: a d8 becomes a d10.
