Thandie, Vizazi and Mambele

This is one of my favorite gorilla families. They look so well adjusted. Beautiful family life. Thandie clearly loves her baby sister. I think it’s incredibly sweet that Mambele lets Thandie get so close to the baby. They all look very healthy with glossy and shiny fur. It’s so good to watch gorilla families looking healthy and happy. Thanks for the video.

A friend saw them together today!!!! Thandie even tried to walk with Vizazi on her belly. Was so cute.

I don't think so. It all depends on the personality and age of the kid :-) Shomari was also very gentle with his then baby brother Shambe. And Nakou was gentle with the twins when they were still a baby. Likale, much older back then, wasn't.

No, she's not. Mambele (in this video) is Vizazi's mom. Thandie's mom is Mayani.
