Talao Pali or Masunda Lake is one of the most popular hangout spots in Mumbai offering a lot of exciting activities and food to the locals and the tourists. मासुंदा तलावाला बहुतांशी ठाणेकर तलावपाळी म्हणुन संबोधतात.सध्याचे तलावपाळी हे एक वर्दळिचे व संध्याकाळचा फेरफटका मारण्याचे आवडते ठिकाण आहे.तसेच सभोवती असलेल्या विविध खाद्य-पदार्थ विक्रेत्यां मुळे ठाण्यातील खवय्यांचा सुद्धा हे आवडते ठिकाण आहे.बाहेरून आलेले पर्यटक तलावपाळिला आवर्जुन भेंट देतात.कारण लागुनच गडकरी रंगायतन,१५८२ सालचे सेंट जॉन द बाप्टिस्ट चर्च व कोपिनेश्वर मंदिर या प्रेक्षणिय गोष्टी आहेत.तलावाच्या मध्यभागी असलेले कृत्रीम बेट व तेथील विद्युत रोषणाई रात्रीच्या वेळी नयनरम्य दिसते.येथिल नौकावहनसुविधेचा आनंद घेण्यासाठी ठाणेकर खास वेळ काढुन येतात.हे ठिकाण चारहि बाजुने ठाण्यातील मुख्य ठिकाणांशी जोडलेले आहे.जवळच रेल्वे स्टेशन आहे.ठाण्यातील मुख्य बाजारपेठा,गोखले रोड,जांभळी नाका या तलावा नजिक आहेत.त्यामुळे खरेदी केल्यावर शीण घालवण्यासाठी वो खाद्य पदार्थांचा आस्वाद घेण्यासाठी लोक इथे येतात.

Beautiful Talao pali has changed a lot Very Beautiful now.... It was our favourite hangout during college days ... Been decades since last visit Seeing this seems will be again planing meeting there with my Thane Friends Really Nice one
