Almost every non-Indian dish has loads of sauces, or many of them have lot of cheese. So basically, that dish gets most of its taste from the sauces. Versus, you take most of Indian dishes from any part of India for Eg. Paratha-aachar, Thalipeeth - dahi or loni, Dosa-chutney etc. the main part of the dish has a taste of its own.

Shawarma pronounciation is different in different places... first you pronounced also ok .... please google and see it... British, American and Arabic is different ...i think real one is middle East one... bcoz this one is their dish.
