Could you use a VPN service to tell the internet you're located in a different country? I haven't done so, but I've heard that people do it to access streaming content that's not available in their country and to pay less for hotel/flight reservations and stuff. I wonder if it works for Patreon.

@taylorizedfunster call your bank! If your attempted transaction declines, your bank will be able to see it! Let them know you are trying to make that international transaction, and they can approve the request to have you retry the transaction while you're on the line with you to make sure it goes through! A helpful little tip from someone working in banking :)

Isn’t it nice to have been at the beginning of what becomes a big channel; to feel like you helped to build that growth; to have had the chance to interact with an excellent content creator before his channel grows too big to respond to comments? I for one appreciate Dr Lindsey’s replies to my comments on his earlier videos, his genuine interest in what the viewers had to add to the conversation. But this channel definitely deserves the growth it’s had. Such high quality and fascinating content for a one-man-show. All the best @Dr Geoff Lindsey!
