Now ALL guards need to watch this and LEARN. SHOUT OUT at the tourons who think the rules don't apply to them as they are so special (would they attempt to touch the military in their home countries? No, they'd be "disappeared"). The guards need to be 100% consistant. All the time, every time.

That old guy stood in the white lines , the guard told him to move he did not . Then guard left it and the foto was taken . Why do they not charge the horse to make people listen ..the guard just sat there and never said another word so that stupid old man stood there and his foto was taken .

Reading the "body language" of the horses, it amazes me that the white-line box wasn't done decades ago. The horses are so much more relaxed. Less constant stomping of hooves, less dramatic thowing of heads up and down. Now keep enforcing the rules please.

You see that even the smallest children see the white line AND know to stay back. The adults see the white line and are too stupid (or KNOW what they're doing) to figure out that it's not an invitation and that they are not special, and to stay back. Once again, proof that one gets older, but more stupid.

​@@helenhallwood3580Not knowing the language is no excuse. There are plenty of translation apps that anyone can download, plus read up on the country before visiting. Most Europeans know English, it's us, the Americans, that expect everyone we meet to automatically speak it. How egotistical is that? Even I learned some simple words and sentences that I might use while planning my trip to see Ireland, and I even used a little of it on some willing natives. It was fun.

How about The Ukraine being blown to bits by a ruthless enemy, how bout Lebanon? Europe during the world wars? The holocausts in Germany, Cambodia, Rwanda. Armenia? It's good to see the horses relaxed and not having to deal with a mob of morons sticking their fingers in the horses faces. Now the Military has to speak and act with one voice and enforce the new rules because the morons will constantly test the Guards to see what they can get away with!
