@@bbodgi7393 no, naoto is only there for Hinata and didn't even believe in takemichy, and now takemichy also wants to save him. Chifuyu was not there before until not too long ago. The only person I can actually say that gave takemichy courage is Hinata herself.

This became my favourite Tokyo Revengers episode as soon as I finished watching it. I never really liked Takemichi, but in this episode I actually respected him a lot. He did so well. I'm honestly proud. Also, the way I screamed when Mikey showed up!!!

Regarding kisaki that couldn’t finish off takemichi here, i think there are 2 reasons. First he probably was shocked by seeing takemichi not scared at all even though he has a gun pointed at his face. Second reason i think is the fact that in this case he has a whole crowd that’s watching which could lead to a lot of problems for him.

Agree. Also, Kisaki's only real power is his plans, which keep going to shit because of Michi. Killing Emma was part if the plan from the beginning. But Kisaki was counting on Michi backing down, so when he didn't it put Kisaki's whole scheme at risk. That's why he resorted to the compromise.

@@sarahsandstrom4853 yeah, we can also say that past kisaki hasn’t the balls the conviction and determination to shoot and kill takemichi considering the connection they share, while future kisaki has probably grown to be a full criminal which helps him in case there is a need to use a gun.

I think that a lot has already changed in this timeline. Toman did not show up to fight in the first place, and there was just a compromise. Mikey never did show up and ended up being the shell that Izana wanted to take advantage of. All of Kisaki's plans are going to hell, again. Takemichi was a total badass in this episode and it is not his last badass moment this season. So glad Mikey and Draken are in on it now too.

I love how Mikey only has to say three words "thank you, Takemitchy" for us to understand all his grief and resolve to put that aside to be there for the one who's always been there for him. Beautiful scene.

I feel hinata is a red flag, she should have never came. Kisaki may go for the cheap trick and end her there and then. That would make takemitchy lose resolve and he needs to be okay in order for Mikey and Draken plus toman to not change. So far the future has changed and set in stone for toman not to change, I just feel kisaki knows this and will resort to killing someone again.
