Idea for a rebrand change to "Qt & Maya." The channel will be more about your friendship with each other rather than a podcast. You can do movie reviews, food reviews, tier lists, become art critics, like more yt type stuff just make it fun and silly. People in general never donate to anything without prompting from an ad, gala, or other events. You did a great thing QT and can't wait to see what you do next. I am in a different time zone, so I watched the Gala while I was wide awake with a brain going at 200 km/h at 5 in the morning. I thought about what kind of animal I would should up as, and decided on the African Forest Elephant (which lives in the Congo Rainforest, legitimate rainforest animal). It was a really fun stream!

omg the gala was so awesome in so many ways. first off qt is such a good event planner and it’s so satisfying to watch her vision come to life. i literally can’t imagine any other streamer being able to pull off what she does. but for me the star of the show was maya! she did so well talking along with the visual presentation and actually engaged the audience and it was the highlight of the gala for me! also so cool u did this as a women-ran event like streamer awards. feels good seeing women take the streaming space by storm :)

a caricature artist could be fun! interacts with the crowd by drawing them, they usually work fast, and the streamers could have their reactions like "omg my forehead is not this big" to create more engagement. AND the streamers could potentially sign the portrait too (if its okay with the artist, or not cuz the idea still works without the signature) and have them auctioned off on the website! idk their name but like a balloon animal guy? say next years theme is like save the ocean, have that dude make a super fast octopus and other sea creatures out of balloons. similar to the hypnotist would be a tarot card reader, since that directly interacts with the streamers too! but that could get a lil boring if it goes on for too long, so maybe discuss beforehand how many people you want read instead of just one.

The thing that made the hypnotism part were the people that tried to go along with it and make it entertaining, like Bryce or Cyr. But I do not blame anyone at all for getting fed up with the guy. He would just ramble on about shit no one cares about, and was very... pressuring and insulting to the people on stage. However, that doesn't take away from the whole event, as it's always amazing to bring everyone together for a good cause, and to support something so important, and the presentations were very good at enforcing that

The gala was worth it and so was the amount of money raised, I think no one in real life would complain about "oh why didnt they just donate themselves" or terminally online stuff like that; and you guys not only did that but educated 50k LIVE viewers + people who later watched the VOD. Both presentations were so well done and easy to understand, the auction was fun to watch and the fact so many streamers brought their own stuff that different people would bid for them was just so amazing too. You guys shouldn't give on up in just because on some internet losers, this has a bigger impact outside twitch and that's what matters.

I’m rooting so hard for an under the sea themed ocean gala. It would be amazing to raise awareness for proper fish care as well as there are a LOT of misconceptions about fish, betta fish specifically, that are so sad to see as a pet store cashier who can only do so much to educate customers. I’d love to see some awareness raised on that and not putting like a goldfish in a small tank or a koi in really any tank etc

Id 1000% recommend a magician. We had one come out during a chefs table on a cruise and it was just the most fun when theyre charasmatic. Even if you have a grump trying to flex they know its fake, a good magician can make it an hilarious event like the one we had.

The best restroom solution I’ve seen is at the Alamo Drafthouse in DTLA. Basically, one section with urinals, the other section is just a long ass row with lots of toilets. The walls between the toilets are full on bricks so you get insulated privacy.

I had a college professor trusted being hypnotized so much he had a hypnotist try to keep him asleep during surgery. He went through a long process to get the hospital to actually agree to it. He said he made it half way through the surgery before he woke up and had to be actually sedated. It was wild. Sorry for any grammar errors 😅
