I was just in Vegas last week and saw a few shows. I've been to O! and KA for cirque shows, both are incredible. For a burlesque style show Absinthe was really fun, lots of adult humor mixed in with some incredible performers.

Vegas is crazy. I was I think 16 years old when I went for the first time with family and I remember a full grown man that had a woman on each arm point to me as he walked by and told me to follow him. It's like another world. I've been many times since but always stick with friends only.

Its a little wild to me that nearly everyone in the US has a story about a mass shooting. I was supposed to go to a club meeting at MSU and my class before was in Berkey Hall so I was planning to just find a spot there and do homework until it was time like I normally did, but I realized I had a project due so I just skipped the meeting and went home. When I got home I checked my phone and saw there had been a shooting in Berkey.

Yeah... i am from EU and this is wild to me. I mean, when i was a kid there was a war in my country but only thing i've experienced from that was hiding in basements when there were bombardments. Just on the topic of ruffies in tourist destinations, I've heard some crazy stuff about my area. I work in a big beach resort area where there are dozens of clubs, bars etc. There was a big scandle a few years back when it was found out that Bar Tenders were taking bribes to spike the drinks of targeted people. A girl I met said that every girl she knows knows a girl who as been drugged at "that club" or has been drugged them self. There was another club that had an 18+ mixer where so many girls left in ambulances that night that club lost its licenses. After seeing this happen for so long I'm convinced its not just individual actors. Organized crime has got to be on the other side of this in some way. Things cooled off for a while after covid and I was hoping that was gone and forgotten but just last summer we started to see the same problems again.

it’s hard to dress up while looking naturally young bc yes it’s a very fine line between cute and cutie ya know? ik if you wear a skirt you’ll wear shorts underneath but even then i would say avoid a shorter skirt, a long flowy skirt/dress can work with a tighter/more form fitting top, or a blouse w form fitting pants and a cute sandal usually gets me treated like an adult the most. i usually follow the rule of one tight one flowy to keep the outfit balanced. also having to avoid pigtails or space buns becomes a necessity rip, a half-up or braid kinda situation would work or just hair plain which i normally do lmao

Youre both amazing but just on the burlesque stuff, as a dancer im not a huge fan of it being referred to a classy stripping. I know you didnt mean anything by it, so no shade but that type of language is often used to talk down to stripers. Burlesque is stripping, difference it is often more of a preformance, often themed and choreographed rather than stripping which is normally more fluid, it can be as involved as burlesque but often isn't. Most burlesque shows you dont show "pink bits", think nipple tassles and g strings but some burlesque shows more and some shows less. I hope you go to one though, theyre super fun!
