Respect your opinion on this. I did law enforcement for 10 years and another career last 10 years, going back to law enforcement, duty gun will be gen 5 G17 no dot allowed. For the past 6 years my EDC has been Walther Q4SF, AIWB with an SRO. The question is should I still carry my current set up for off duty, or switch to a similar carry gun, ex G19 no red dot at 3 o'clock carry so I have similar battle of arms? Is that smarter or does it matter. What do you carry off duty?

I almost chocked on my donut when the guy said guns save lives.. A gun saves a life as much as a knife saves a life its all all about the individual behind the weapon, he with good intentions, a good cause and so on, David defeated Goliath with a sling and stone.. I get it guns are used by law enforcement and in the military home defense and so on but lets not fall in love with the thing or sanctify its a tool. / (those looking to say its the 21st century and no one is going to use a knife or a sling, the sentence starting with I get it! clears that up) Cheers guys
