Great video, and for us, a team of 200 people it really helps track everything, including projects, clients, finance, documents, HR. I think the best use case of this would be fore businesses looking to organise and streamline their process and yeah I see it can be useful for every single businesses out there. Also love all the things it packs with include forms, automation, views, interface and integration.

Nice vid, but as a customer I think you're slightly off in how you're pitching it. Airtable doesn't solve the 'it was chaos' in a business. People solve that, and you're trying to include Airtable in the story of how teams pulled together. It's really nuanced but once teams short their sh*t out, they then can get moving with Airtable. And, I don't know one group (other than procurement) who really look at the hours saved. I wouldn't include that in an emotive brand vid like this.
