I think Moxxie was charmed not just by Blitzo's positive attention at a time he needed it, but by his prioritizing his daughter. (It was probably a shock to then meet a surly hellhound teenager who couldn't have actually needed a babysitter, and I wonder if his feud with Loona sparked from there.) Also amused by the way Moxxie is the one to hold the enraged Millie back at 19:08 - Blitzo just hovers nervously and holds out his arm between her and Chaz. He knows better than to lay hands on her.

Timeline wise, it appears to me Blitzø dated Verosica, then stole her credit card and did what he did to her. Probably needed a hellhound for protection so went and found Loona, who he saw as a daughter he wanted to care for instead of having a guard dog. Verosica probably got Blitzø thrown in jail, where he meets Moxxie. I think Moxxie does see Blitzø as a Dad and looks up to him. He even fights with Loona like their brother and sister. At the end of season 1, picture is shown of Blitzø and Moxxie starting their business which probably started out with assassinations in Hell but Blitzø remembered Stolas had a book that would get them to the human world. In the Moxxie music video “Oh Millie” that came out after the pilot it implied to me that Millie met Moxxie during an assignment and they both instantly fell in love, so that’s how I figured they met and quickly married. Great reaction!!! Keep them coming!!

Blitzo clearly never loved Verosica the way she loved him (as evident from her tattoo with his name crossed out and from what he did to her). So i think he was in that relationship for her access to the living world. She has an asmodean crystal, as do all succubi, and is rich. He probably thought he'd kill two birds with one stone after his fiasko with solo circus performances, and started assassinating people on earth alone, but then did what he did to Verossika, possibly scared that she's getting too close to him (and he doesnt want to let people close to him, because he blames himself for everything that happens to them), and lost his access to the living world. THEN probably he met Moxxie and they went the assassinations in Hell little gig, and from that point on its probably like you described.

I think it's more likely his first business was assassinating people in hell because he says we don't do that no more, maybe that's how he ended up in jail and why he stopped assassinating people in hell?

An easily missed Easter egg, as it takes knowledge of what a drugged drink looks like. Where you pauses at around 8:03 of this video Blitz expression when he is handed a drink suddenly changes to alarmed and he fakes a sip. As he noticed the ice cubes are not floating in his drink, which means they are drugged.
