Looks good. On your Yoder have you ever had a fire in the pellet box. I have been struggling with mine it seems to do that when I am cooking pork chops at 450. Also what heat zone do you use when your are smoking your brisket

I have not ever had a fire in the pellet box. I cooked the brisket at 240 prewrap and at 275 after I wrapped it.
