I love the ones where an Indian accented lady with a name like Miss Jones... rings up and says, "I appreciate your not wanting to give me information, but in order to HELP YOU OUT (a stock scammer phrase) we must check everything." I usually reply, "Ok, so...hey should I get a blood test?" Sarcasm and real wit and humor always knocks the idiots for a loop since they are non native English speakers and already have showed their hand...

I returned a scammer’s call last week but he didn’t realize that I had been connected. This was a tax relief scam. Sounded American, laughing with his co-scammers and imitating an old man crying who was saying that he was ill and this guy had taken all of his money. I really was at a loss for words and all that I could think to say was “wow, you’re mother must be so proud “ There was silence then he hung up. Truly despicable people. I hope that there really is such a thing as Karma.

I have spoken directly to these tax debt relief companies and asked them to remove my number from their list and it never works. I have turned in every single number I receive to the Federal Trade Commission regarding the do not call list that these idiots keep calling. These tax debt relief scammers are just fishing they don't know if you have debt or not when they call trying to get you to call them back don't call them back! If you owe back taxes contact a local CPA in your area they would be able to help you.👍👍
