It's alot of work and time consuming but doing all the dishes after and cleaning the kitchen takes me almost 3 hours. But it's a wonderful blessing to have all my guests over. Sometimes I have between 12 to 15 persons in my apartment but our family gatherings are very special to all of us. I love cooking and hosting my family gatherings. 💖

That’s how we do it. All the food is ready by 2:00 but everyone just arrives early and snacks and then eats and my hubby starts the fire pit with beer and stories. I sit with all the babes and toddlers with toys and books. It was perfect

Every family has that relative. In ours, it’s my UNC, a.k.a uncle. We learned years ago; so now we coordinate everyone bringing an appropriate occasion dish - potluck. No one goes hungry since it holds us over until grilled/smoked foods are ready. TRY IT! We’ve made it our tradition.
