In about 1989 I was driving in Century City, CA because I worked there and suddenly, I saw YOU! I called out Nick Stellino but the traffic was moving too quickly. Honestly, I thought, this man has more class and intelligence than 99% of the men in that city. I have been watching your cooking programs forever and have learned a lot. Thank you for preserving the art of storytelling & cooking and preserving tradition. I am Cuban and I use Cuban Mojo marinade for my turkey and put soft butter in between the skin and the flesh and have a delicious turkey every year. God bless you and Merry Christmas to all you make your program possible.

Hi Nick, My wife and I have been watching your shows for quite a while and love the recipes and the great stories. Even though we are not from Italy but are Italians from Brooklyn. Our families have all been cooking for years and so glad you have an app we can watch and not wait for tv shows to pop up every blue moon. Thanks. “Continua a cucinare” (Keep Cooking!) All the best, Big Bob

Nick....you should try your special spice mix, with Brown Sugar, on Salmon. I promise you, you will absolutely love it. Those flavors together truly sing.

Great idea to use a turkey breast for a smaller gathering. I'm glad you gave the tip about injecting broth for a more moist result. You have some great recipes! And even better stories!

Grazie Nick! We are from a town in Catania called Bronte and when you cook, you make me smile. If it were not for red pepper flakes and thick cut garlic, where would I be? My bucket list, at least in my dreams, includes cooking with you! Mama Mia, Bellezza!
