I would say Thanos sword is made from Uru, which is stronger than Vibranium Edit: Stormbreaker can destroy the shield too but not Mjolnir since Mjolnir is for hitting things and Stormbreaker is for cutting things.

Vibration is the least likely option because of newton's third law. The sword is thinner than cap's shield so it could be sharp, making it more fragile if it was the same material.

@@obscuremcu probably uru or some other alien metal metal. but most likely uru as it had already been introduced in the mcu and was shown to be used by gods.
